Harry Frank - Specialized in servicing Model "T" Fords and installing numerous accessories on these plain, black motorized marvels. A Supertest gasoline pump eventually stood in front of his garage.
Chester Smith - This expert mechanic had been a Cadillac chauffeur-mechanic for the people who purchased Cadillac Motor vehicles. He had driven Sir . William Mulocks family around Toronto before following his vocation as a general automobile mechanic in the village.
Ed Pincombe - McCa11 Frontenac gasoline service station and garage
Wilfred Wadsworth - Mobile "Flying Horse" gasoline service station -Jack Janes and Shell eventually took over.

BARBER SHOPS
Gordon Richardson was the local barber before taking up the career of General Insurance agent. The village barber shop had several tonsorial artists during the decades. Barber Dyer and Seymour Anderson plied their trade in this establishment. Jack Walker came to the village and opened a barber shop in competition with the village shop.
